Ocean Spray is hiring a Sr. Business Development Analyst on our I&I Commercial team in Lakeville, MA! We're an iconic brand and a farmer-owned cooperative. Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.
A Day in the Life of a Sr. Business Development Analyst:
  • Works with International agents, distributors and BDM’s on increasing volume and sales revenue per the strategic plan
  • Works with BDM’s on annual fiscal and long range Internal and broker business plans providing data and customer and regional insights.
  • Works on gathering data for country specific expansion and recommends alternative route to market.
  • Assist in management of Middle East market to include sales and operations.
  • Contributes toward divisional and cooperative sales/revenue goal attainment
  • Recommends and coordinates preparation of samples and sales materials from customers and brokers to ensure appropriate materials are prepared and provided
  • Manages broker and distributors incoming requests for information and co-ordinates appropriate timely responses.
  • Manage contracts on a regional, broker and customer level providing and analyzing data
  • Analysis and report monthly on sales volume and pricing, forecasting, and market trends.
  • Provide analysis on country’s import/export data and market share.
  • Create specific customer and/or specific category presentation for business managers.
  • Liaison between business team and Center of Excellence for forecasting.
  • Support brokers with sales presentation tools on regular basis.
  • Work cross functionally with Research and Development, Procurement, and Operations to support customer and broker requirements.
